I thought it was interesting how the thought of flashing a skeleton next to a slow down sign upon exceeding a specific speed limit would impact the driver. This will somehow psychologically effect the person behind the wheel, inevitably causing them to slow down on the roads.

I was wondering the same thing. I like it graphically but it looks so much like a Halloween graphic. I've heard that graphic images to stop smoking have helped the NYC health campaigns but I guess we'll have to wait for the statistics on this.
